What you give us on a form — name, company, email, role — plus standard analytics on the site. From live accounts, the conversations the platform is there to handle.
What we never do
We do not sell personal information, and conversation data is not pooled or used to train models that serve anybody else.
Where it sits
Inside your tenancy, encrypted at rest, reachable only by people you have authorised and by us when you ask us to look.
What you can demand
Access, correction, export and deletion — including recordings and transcripts. One email starts it and we do not make you chase it.
